Week 69

Feb 19- Feb 25, 2012

I have my lounging sofa.  Won't be to everybody's taste as it is hard as a rock.  For someone who prefers to sit on the floor it is right up my alley and there are no loose cushions to fight with.  Perfect. 

I am like goldilocks when it comes to sofas so we will see.

Week 68

Feb 12 - Feb 18, 2012

Made a few purchases this week, starting to make it feel like a home.  A carpet for my living room and a couple of stools for my bar.  Now I just need something to lounge on while watching TV instead of a yoga mat.  Nice soft carpet, keeping the cat in mind.

Week 67

Feb 5 - Feb 11, 2012

I have no pictures for this week, so I guess there is nothing new.  We have a few electrical things to get done, some being done by Linda and the electricians and we can close the electrical permit.  Then some insulation and drywall in the basement and we can close the building permit.  Then just little things that we will take care of ourselves.  Railings, paint, baseboards, windows...lord..just goes on and on, doesn't it?
